Following are the Terms and Conditions of participation for ET Prime Women Leadership Awards 2019

1. ET Prime Leadership Awards (ETPWLA) is an initiative of The Economic Times Digital, a brand of Times Internet Limited (TIL). The intellectual property and sole copyright of ETPWLA lies with TIL.

2. ETPWLA is supported by partners as published on www.etprimewomenawards.com. All rights reserved.

3. All entries to ETPWLA must be completed and uploaded on this website before midnight of 25 January 2019.

4. Entry to ETPWLA does not require any fees.

5. As the name suggests, the nominations can be for females only.

6. A person can either self-apply for any category or nominate other women.

7. Evaluation of applications/nominations will be undertaken by The Economic Times Digital in consultation with its partners who have been assigned the task of creating shortlists before they are submitted to the jury of ETPWLA.

8. All applications/nominations must be true and correct along with updated business venture/organization and must fulfil the following eligibility criteria.

• Applicant/Nominee must be an Indian national Female, resident in India, and above 18 years of age as on 1 January 2019
• The organization should be registered in India no later than 1 December 2015. Organizations registered after 1 December 2015 are not eligible
• Eligibility criteria specific to award categories:
  i. Emerging Entrepreneur/Emerging innovator/Emerging Leader: Applicant/Nominee applying/nominating should be 35 years and below
  ii. Beyond Business Awards/ Business Woman of the Year/CEO of the Year/CEO of the Year/Entrepreneur/Disruptor of the Year/ Functional Head of the Year/Global Indian of the Year/Lifetime Achievement Award: Applicant/Nominee applying/nominating should be 35 years and above

9. All applications/nominations will be treated in the strictest confidence and will never be shared with any third party except to facilitate judging of entries by ET and its partners

10. All Applicants/ nominees/organizations agree to be bound by the decisions of the jury. No correspondence, telephone, email or communication of any kind will be entertained in relation to the decision of the evaluators and jury.

11. All material submitted in support of application/nomination is warranted by the applicant/nominee to be their property and is entered without any encumbrances by third parties.

12. The applicants/nominees indemnify, and agree to keep indemnified, TIL, its partners, directors, employees and sponsors for any claims arising out of any material, statements or claims made as part of their entry.

13. The applicants/nominees agree that ETPWLA is entitled to judge their application/nomination and select what they consider to be the winner in a given category without recourse to the applicant/nominee.

14. The nominees agree to provide a recommendation letter/referral validating their claim. The recommendation letter may be submitted at the time of submitting the entry form or upon request in Phase 2 of evaluation within the timelines defined by ETPWLA.

15. The applicants/nominees agree that should they be shortlisted for an award, they will be present to attend the award ceremony.

16. If the applicant/nominee wins an award, the applicant/nominee grants permission to ETPWLA to use any photographs, video, audio files, written or other material as TIL deems fit and without restriction.

17. Applications/nominations received without the mandatory fields filled will be deemed invalid and withdrawn from the awards without any intimation.

18. ETPWLA reserves the right to withdraw an entry from the judging process at any time if the entry is deemed inappropriate for any reason without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Decision of TIL, evaluators and jury shall be final.

19. ETPWLA reserves the right not to award a category at its own discretion and without recourse to the applicants/nominees in the said category.

20. ETPWLA reserves the right to apply/nominate the applicant in additional categories that it may deems appropriate.

21. The person named on the entry form will be deemed as the point of contact by ETPWLA or TIL.

22. If the name of the applicant/nominated contact person changes, ETPWLA must be informed immediately in writing at etpwla@economictimes.com. Failure to do so shall lead to the entry being disqualified.

23. Shortlisted applicants/nominees may be required to provide additional information upon request from ETPWLA, within stipulated timelines. Failure to comply will lead to the application being disqualified.

24. Entry deadlines and other timelines may be extended at the discretion of TIL/ETPWLA without assigning any reasons.

25. TIL reserves the right to change any process, evaluator or jury member at its discretion and without any prior notice or providing any reasons for the same.

26. Applicants/ nominees agree to be contacted by TIL, partners and its sponsors/partners etc for the purposes of communication (via email, phone or post).

27. The aforementioned rules and regulations will be subject to the laws of India. Disputes, if any, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Delhi.

28. All entries will be judged on the information provided at the time of entry, additional amendments or comments may be accepted up until the deadline date, after which no further amendments will be accepted.

29. TIL, partners or Jury of ETPWLA reserve the right, without prior consent of the entrant, to move entries to different categories if they feel it is more appropriate.

30. The categories are awarded based on the decision by the partners, jury and TIL and will consider each entry submission against the category criteria and their own discretion based on their relevant expertise.

31. The Jury shall absent themselves from evaluating any entry where they have a vested interest.
