Following are the Terms and Conditions for attending ETPrime Women Leadership Awards Felicitation Ceremony

1. ETPrime Women Leadership Awards is a property of Times Internet Limited (hereinafter referred to as “We” or “TIL”).
2. The felicitation ceremony of ETPrime Women Leadership Awards will be hosted at Taj Land Ends, Mumbai (hereinafter referred to as “Venue”) on 29 March 2019.
3. The felicitation ceremony is a by-invitation-only event.
4. Persons that have registered on this website for an invite to the felicitation ceremony (hereinafter referred to as “users”) may understand that the invite will be provided to a select few only. Submission of the registration form on this website is not a confirmation of receipt of invitation to the felicitation ceremony. Invitations will be provided at the sole discretion of TIL and selection of “users” that will receive the invites will be unbiased and no queries or clarifications will be provided in this regard. Users will be informed directly via the email address shared on the invite registration form. By sharing your details (personal and professional), the users are giving consent of use of their data by TIL, its subsidiaries, group companies, partners and affiliates.
5. Each invite admits one person only and is not transferable.
6. The invited guests must provide an original valid government identity document at the venue/upon request.
7. TIL reserves the unfettered right to deny entry to the Felicitation Ceremony to any guest.
8. At the venue for the Felicitation Ceremony, guests shall not display or endorse any sponsorships, promotional or marketing materials unless we have authorized the same in writing.
9. Guests acknowledge that recording of any form (including and not limiting to audio and video) at the venue is not permitted. Violators if any will be required to delete content recorded and leave the venue.
10. Guests hereby grant TIL the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the images and/or recording of any tape made with the guests’ appearance on any mode/medium of broadcast and/or exhibition anywhere in the world and for any purposes whatsoever including, without limitation, audio visual movies/after movies, clips, advertising, publicity and promotion etc.
11. TIL reserves the right to amend, modify, revise or change the Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without assigning any reason whatsoever. The updated Terms and Conditions of the felicitation and ET Prime Womens Leadership Awards as also the Privacy Policy will be available at etprimewomenawards.com. Guests are requested to periodically review the same.
12. TIL shall not be liable for any mishap, injury, accident, untoward incident, physical harm of any nature, death, loss of life or limb, etc., caused to him/her, at the Felicitation Ceremony venue, either before, during or after the Felicitation Ceremony; or while traveling to the Felicitation Ceremony; and TIL shall not be responsible towards the same or be liable to indemnify or make good any claim being raised against it, whatsoever.
13. Travel, boarding and lodging to attend the Felicitation Ceremony will be payable by the guest.
14. The Felicitation Ceremony is subject to force majeure conditions as also government permissions and regulations.
15. The Felicitation Ceremony may be re scheduled or cancelled at the sole discretion of TIL.
16. Speaker line-up, if any, may be subject change at TIL’s sole discretion.
17. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi
